Biography
| In February 2001, I decided to take up digital photography after seeing the work of Jenni Tapanila and Madeth. It was February 19, 2001 that I purchased my very first camera - the Nikon Coolpix 3200. For several years, I fooled around with the point and shoots and it wasn't till April of 2004 that I took the next step into the world of SLR's and film photography once seeing the wonderful work of Chris Weeks. April 20th, 2004 - I ventured out to Black's Photography where I bought the Canon EOS Rebel K2 (3000V). After messing around with Canon; It was in 2006 that I defected to the cult that is Nikonia and got my hands on a Nikon F80 with a 50mm AF f/1.8D. As for film ... I generally use Kodak Portra, Ultra Color; Ilford Delta; or Black's brand negative film. I have ocassionally shot slides with Fuji Velvia and Kodak Ektachrome. I am currently a Relationship Consultant for Verizon and spend most of my free time in Toronto, Ontario. |
